Vitolo Machín, a player from the Canary Islands, has returned to Spain after a trial at the Emirates Club in the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, he did not obtain a contract and will continue searching for a team. Vitolo is currently under contract with Atlético until June 30. However, he has the freedom to sign or try out with other teams.

Despite not securing a contract at the Emirates Club, Vitolo left a positive impression with his attitude and professionalism. Unfortunately, an unlucky action on Friday threw back the hopes of both parties. Additionally, the club has foreign quota issues and needed to free up some spots, as well as find an economic fit for Vitolo’s contract.

Vitolo’s experience at the Emirates Club was with a team that is struggling in the First Division, currently last in the table and six points from safety. The team’s recent arrival of Italian coach Walter Zenga, a former goalkeeper, will try to solve the team’s sporting challenges.

Vitolo’s last two teams were Getafe and Las Palmas, both on loan from Atlético. However, his time with these teams was plagued by injuries. In May, he underwent surgery for a reconstruction of the anterior cruciate plasty of his right knee.

Despite these setbacks, Vitolo remains hopeful and determined to continue enjoying the game of football. He is now on the lookout for a new team where he can contribute his skills and passion for the sport. As he continues his search, Vitolo is eager to find a new opportunity to showcase his talent and make a positive impact on a team.
