
The journalist and former assemblyman Fernando Villavicencio is one of the candidates for the presidency of Ecuador and, in an interview with Conclusiones, addresses the most critical issue for the country at this time: the violence caused by drug trafficking. Villavicencio assures that Ecuador has become a “narco-State” and proposes to restore security with the armed forces and the police in the streets; and at the same time lead a fight against what he calls the “political mafia.”
