Ukraine has released a list of 102 individuals and 26 companies that it alleges are sponsoring the war in Russia, with 17 of the organisations having links to the European Union. The list singles out companies it believes are supporting the war effort by continuing to trade with Russia, paying taxes to Moscow and enabling the financing of the military. The firms are accused of providing “critical goods and services” to support the invasion and “thus finance terrorism.” However, the list carries no legal power, although Ukraine hopes it will compel companies to cut ties with Russia.
