The president of the Xunta and PPdeG candidate for reelection, Alfonso Rueda, has shared some important messages for his upcoming campaign. He is asking for support and encouragement from his people to prevent the chaos and lack of control seen in Spain from affecting Galicia. Rueda also wants to stop those who are trying to cause trouble for his leader, Alberto Núñez Feijóo.

Rueda has warned that if he does not achieve an absolute majority, Galicia will go back to a time of bipartisanship, which he believes is not beneficial for the community. He claims that the current regional government has invested more in health than the previous administration led by the socialist Emilio Pérez Touriño. Rueda is committed to fulfilling the promises made to the people of Galicia by incorporating many measures into his electoral program.

The formal start of the campaign will be in Santiago de Compostela, but Rueda has chosen Lugo for the first event, which is the home of the socialist candidate, José Ramón Gómez Besteiro. The event was attended by around 500 people and was opened by the president of Novas Xeraciones and candidate for the province, Nicole Grueira.

Rueda is focused on delivering his message to the people of Galicia and is seeking their support to continue the progress that has been made. He is committed to working towards an absolute majority to fulfill the promises made to the people of Galicia.
