Sonic Prime Confirms Return with New Episodes in 2023
Sonic Prime, the successful animated Netflix series starring the SEGA hedgehog, has officially announced its return in 2023 with new episodes.
The message, released from the official character’s account, is short and does not reveal details of what form the new series will take but excitement is sure to be high.
The Sonic franchise has boosted in popularity in recent years with Sonic The Movie and a sequel following, and a third movie scheduled for December 2024.
Furthermore, Paramount Pictures is currently working on a live action series starring Knuckles. The video game Sonic Frontiers, released for various platforms in 2021, has also been acclaimed for marking a new turning point for the franchise.
