Colombian Coffee Chain to Open 11 Stores in Panama
Colombian coffee chain Juan Valdez announced plans to open 11 stores throughout the country of Panama by the end of the year. The company is known for its commitment to sourcing ethically-grown, environmentally-friendly coffee.
Juan Valdez operates 500 stores in Colombia, as well as shops in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and the U.S. The company said that the new stores in Panama will also offer freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, and snacks made from locally-sourced produce.
The stores are set to be located throughout the country and will offer a variety of products ranging from freshly-brewed coffees to pre-packaged coffees from around the world. In addition, the stores will offer a variety of entertainment and educational activities for children.
