James Gunn Wants to Reunite Chris Pratt and the Rest of the Guardians for DC

James Gunn eyes to bring Guardians of the Galaxy cast to DC Cinematic Universe

James Gunn, director of Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy and now the head of DC Studios alongside Peter Safran, hinted that he wants to continue working with the cast of the film, including Chris Pratt, in his new role at the DC Cinematic Universe. This news came to light after Empire media interviewed the director.

Gunn made it clear that the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy is like family for him and he is close to Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana and Karen Gillan. He also expressed that he can see himself working with the cast members individually in his new role at DC.

The audience may see this happen in the near future, however, for now, the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise will bid farewell with its third instalment set to release in theatres on 5th May 2023.

Whether Chris Pratt and the rest of cast migrates to DC with the director at the helm, remains to be seen. Fans can only speculate who Chris Pratt will portray in the DC cinematic universe.
