Instagram Adds ‘Notes’ Feature for European Users

Instagram Introduces New Notes Feature In European, Japanese Markets
Instagram continues to update its functions with the intention of pleasing users. It appears the latest changes have not been the favourite of most photo-loving users, but the social media app has taken another direction. The biggest of this change is the introducing of the Notes feature to more Users.

The Notes feature is now slowly reaching Europe and Japan. Instagram is always in the lookout for ways to allow users to share content in the app. This feature called Notes was first presented to the public in December and now more details have come along with it. Test have been successfully completed and so Meta decided to roll out the feature to other markets.

Adam Mosseri, the head of the app, shared his proud of the expanding in Notes and said it isn’t far off when users will be able to see texts of up to 60 characters coming out of Stories. The Notes feature will appear in the Direct messaging section according to Mosseri.

Some users in the Americas still do not have the feature, though Meta is believed to give priority to this soon. Mosseri has personally sent out a message, the Notes feature is now available in more countries. The feature soon be available in all devices where the app is installed.
