Nathan Millard’s Cause of Death Rule Accidental After Toxicology Report
According to a recently released toxicology report, Nathan Millard’s cause of death was the result of a combination of three different drugs found in his system. These drugs include fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol, all of which contributed to his death.
Millard’s body was discovered wrapped in plastic and a rug on March 6, in a vacant lot, three weeks after he went missing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on February 23 while on a business trip.
