Bayern Munich Welcomes Noussair Mazraoui Back to Training

Noussair Mazraoui, the Moroccan international, has returned to Bayern Munich’s collective training after being away for more than two months due to pericarditis caused by a Covid-19 infection at the 2022 World Cup. The defender was transferred from Ajax Amsterdam to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022, and has since been gradually gaining playing time, mostly in the right side of the defense. For the Moroccan national team, however, Mazraoui has been playing on the left side. It is a huge relief for both Bayern and Morocco that the defender has returned to full fitness and can resume his footballing duties.
