Adam Driver stars in 65: a mix between Alien and Jurassic Park
Adam Driver, fresh off his stint as Kylo Ren in Star Wars, returns to the big screen in 2023 in the spectacular science fiction movie 65. Written by the screenwriters of A Quiet Place and produced by Sam Raimi (Evil Dead, Spider-Man) the film promises to be a thrilling mix of Alien and Jurassic Park.
The film’s synopsis reveals that a catastrophic accident has left Driver’s character, Mills, stranded on an unknown planets. Unbeknownst to Mills, he is in fact on Earth, but 65 million years in the past. Joined by the planet’s only other survivor, Koa (played by Ariana Greenblatt), Mills must fight their way through uncharted and dangerous prehistoric territory in an epic battle for survival.
The all-star cast also includes Chloe Coleman (Avatar: The Sense of Water) making this a can’t miss film, arriving on March 17, 2023 in theatres around the world. On top of 65, Adam Driver will also be seen on the big screen in Michael Mann’s automotive biopic and Francis Ford Coppola’s highly anticipated Megalopolis. With such a noteworthy year, 2023 might just be Driver’s Oscar year despite being nominated in 2019 and 2020.
