Crash Bandicoot is back with a new game, Crash Team Rumble, developed by Toys For Bob. The developers have taken inspiration from the franchise’s DNA, which is platform gaming, and combined it with competitive multiplayer games to create a new genre – Strategic Multiplayer Platformer. This new game sets two teams of four players each against each other to collect Wumpa fruits and fill up their bases with them. Each character has a life bar with segments like in MOBAs, and there are three key points in the game – Wumpa Fruits, Gem Pads, and Relic Stations. Both teams can compete for the epic Relic Stations located in the center of the game’s levels. Toys For Bob’s objective was to make the game an accessible experience for all audiences, with a practice mode for players to train against the machine. Players choose a hero and a power before starting the game, and they can switch between roles during gameplay. Crash Team Rumble offers a fun and fast-paced gaming experience.
