Indigo
Indigo

Please meet Indigo, an adult, female, domestic shorthair mix cat. Indigo has a very mellow, laid-back personality. Content to observe her surroundings from a comfy spot, Indigo isn’t particularly active and would love a home with a nice soft couch. She is super sweet and loves any petting or attention that you can give her. When you’re stroking her head, Indigo leans affectionately into you, purring and kneading. Gorgeous soft calico coloring with pretty sky blue eyes! Very easy-going and good-natured! Click here to watch a video of Indigo and find out how to make her your buddy.

Fannie
Fannie

Meet Fannie. This quiet but friendly young girl is a perfect companion–bright, curious and people-oriented. Her silvery good-looks don’t hurt, either–this girl is gorgeous. Fannie would be a wonderful addition to a loving home. Click here to find out how to bring her to your home.
Malamute Rescue of Alaska (Anchorage)
Tikaani
Tikaani

Tikaani comes to us from Ketchikan. Too tall to fly, she wound her way up[ on the ferry. She was an inmate at the local animal protection and needed a better place to stay so we are offering it, till she finds her forever home.
Tikaani is a tall drink and thin. Although approaching 6 years of age, she has plenty of energy and loves live. Chasing her tail is just her thing. She is going to need a home where she can get plenty of exercise. If you have another dog your are going to have to take charge of the putting out the plate at dinner because she, like many malamutes, is food aggressive. This also means you have to be careful when delivering treats.
Regardless of those few faults she is a wonderful dog to have in the home, and loves people. She’ll come with all her shots, micro-chipped and is spayed. Now all she needs is a good home. Click here to find out how to be the good home she needs.
