Ode to a Record Snow Fall

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. After graduating from a Catholic Central High School in 2005, I found myself flying up to Alaska. Here I came to my passion of science, math, and teaching at Alaska Pacific University’s Marine Biology and Education programs. Since graduation I have chosen to stay in Anchorage making this my permanent home where I enjoy working and giving back to my community where ever possible.
